With RetroGrade is currently only offering offline local saves. However, we are working on ways to bring personal online saves to RetroGrade. We’ll share significant updates with you on our social media pages such as YouTube, Instagram, and on our news feed here

When are products eligible for a refund?
Games or products that include virtual currency or other consumables and products or games that are marked as “non-refundable” are not eligible for refund.
Products and gift cards are eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if they are marked as “refundable” or “self-refundable”. In addition, you may not be eligible for refunds if RetroGrade determines that you are abusing the refund policy. Learn more about our refund policy here.
